Meet Chad Rankin
Hey, Chad Rankin with Residential Mortgage Services in Worcester, Massachusetts. Been in the business for about 13 years.
I got into the business in 2007 after an industry that I was previously in was pretty much just drying up. I had a friend that was in the business, I ended up loving it.
So we went through the kind of great recession, tough times but focused heavily on first-time home buyers and still do to this day.
Not to say that we don't also work with past clients, friends and family, a second home, or investments but we focus very heavily on the first-time homebuyer program. Mass housing, in particular, FHA of course.
So please if you have any questions, you ever dream of owning a home, if you've been told otherwise by another lender, get a second opinion, give us a call.
